- Office of Chemical Safety (OCS), which administers the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS)

Representatives of these agencies and departments form the RSN Steering Committee, with chairing and secretariat responsibilities rotating through members each year. The Committee meets several times throughout each year to share and collaborate on developments in regulatory science. Committee members help facilitate presentations by members of their agencies and departments as part of the RSN Interagency Seminar Series throughout the year. The Committee guides and contributes to the planning for the RSN’s major event, the Annual Symposium. In 2022, FSANZ chaired the RSN Steering Committee, and led organisation of the 2022 Annual Symposium under the theme ‘Adapting to Change’.
