At Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), we value stakeholder feedback to help us improve our performance. The FSANZ 2024 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey is your chance to tell us what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

Last year’s survey results showed high stakeholder satisfaction in areas including coordinating food recalls, providing clear food standards information and making evidence-based decisions, but also highlighted a desire for more information sharing and informal consultation opportunities.

In response to 2023 feedback, we worked on improving FSANZ’s consultation approaches and information channels. We adopted the Consultation Hub to deliver a one-stop-shop for call for submission processes, launched a new website to improve access to information and resources, and provided more opportunities to engage with us, including through the 2024 FSANZ Stakeholder Forum and public webinars on key standards work.

These efforts, along with other ongoing improvements, reflect our commitment to addressing stakeholder feedback and enhancing our services to better develop food standards, monitor the safety of the Australian and New Zealand food supply, coordinate food recalls and support consumer choice.

Your feedback is crucial to ensuring FSANZ remains responsive to stakeholder needs and priorities. By participating in the survey, you help us improve how we serve you.

The survey is open until 15 November and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

We look forward to hearing from you!
