Amendment No. 222 to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code was published by FSANZ on 30 October 2023 (FSC 162).

Amendment No. 222 contains amendments to the following Schedules in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code​​:

• Schedule 18 Processing aids
• Schedule 26 ​Food produced using gene technology​​​

The Applications under which these amendments are made is as follows:​​​​

• A1245 Alpha Glucosidase from GM Trichoderma reesei as a processing aid in brewing 
• A1262 Food derived from insect-protected corn line MON95275
