'Please note, on page 27 of the Draft Assessment Report for P272 the first sentence under section 4.9.4 should read: FSANZ's proposed approach is to maintain thestatus quo, exemption 2(1)(c)the food is made and packaged on the premises from which it is sold would not apply to food transferred to satellite retail outlets.'
